Fields of tens of megawatts in Spain, Germany, the Netherlands and Italy. Anyone joining a crew today will, within six months, have watched a plant grow from the first stake to going live.
A hundred-megawatt plant is not assembled by software: it is assembled by sixty people doing the same thing, well, for four months straight.
We are looking for people who want to be on site and mean it. In return we offer large projects, stable crews, equipment that works and an organisation that does not push office problems out onto the field. Travel is the rule, not the exception: anyone applying should know that from day one.

Crews that stay together
Crews move from one project to the next, they are not disbanded when a contract ends. It is why a method learned once is not lost, and why you work with people you know.

Safety before output
HSE training on arrival and on site, PPE provided, written procedures and a supervisor in the field. An injury costs more than any day gained.

Modern plant and equipment
Pile drivers, excavators, telehandlers and platforms, owned and maintained. People who know how to work deserve equipment that does not slow them down.
