Data collected and purposes

Through the form in the Careers section we collect first and last name, email address, telephone number, the role of interest, the attached CV and any message. These data are processed solely to assess the application and to contact you as part of the selection process.

We do not use the data for marketing purposes, we do not pass them to third parties for commercial purposes, and we carry out no automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent you give by submitting the application (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the data is optional, but without it we cannot review the application.

Please do not include in your CV special categories of data — health, religious or political beliefs, trade union membership — that are not strictly necessary for a professional assessment.

How the data travels

The application is delivered by email to our hr@fgmsolar.com mailbox. The CV travels as an attachment to that message and is not stored on the website or in any application database.

We use providers acting as processors: Vercel Inc. for the website infrastructure, Resend for email delivery and Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. for corporate mailboxes. Transfers to third countries take place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Retention

We keep applications for as long as the selection process requires and, if unsuccessful, for a maximum of twenty-four months, so that we can consider your profile for future openings. After that period the data are deleted. You may ask for earlier removal at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to the data concerning you, their rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Simply write to info@fgmsolar.com.

If you believe the processing infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority — Autoritatea Naţională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (dataprotection.ro) — or with the authority of the country where you live.

Cookies

The website uses no profiling cookies and no advertising tracking tools. Only the technical cookies required for the pages to work are used.
