Three trades on site, one that holds them together.
01 — AREA
Civil works
Site preparation, internal access roads, cable trenching, foundations for substations and inverters, final reinstatement.
It is the work nobody photographs and that determines everything else: a trench off level or an access road that gives way in the rain will stop the assembly long before any supply delay does.

02 — AREA
Mechanical works
This is the visible part: thousands of piles driven to controlled verticality, fixed structures assembled row by row, modules laid and torqued to nominal values.
On a hundred-megawatt field the difference between one crew and another is not first-day speed: it is holding the same geometry on day one hundred and forty, when it rains and the ground gives way.

03 — AREA
Electrical works
Cable laying in trench and on tray, DC and AC wiring, inverter connection, MV/LV substations, testing and commissioning.
This is where a plant's reliability for the next thirty years is decided. Every string is tagged, tested and recorded: if a contact is wrong we want to know before handover, not in the third winter.

04 — AREA
Execution and management
Project and construction management, site management, materials logistics, safety and quality control. This is the layer above the three disciplines, and it decides whether they advance together or wait on each other.
FGM does not supply labour to somebody else's site: it takes on a defined scope and delivers it. That means one contact for progress, one safety plan and one party accountable when something goes wrong.

THE SEQUENCE
Eleven phases, always in the same order.
This is the sequence we work to on every field, from the first stake to handover. On the home page the same sequence is shown photograph by photograph.
